Time Required

Spend as little as 5-6 minutes a day - or just 5-6 minutes once a week! You decide how much time you want to spend. You set your own goal by choosing a certain number of repetitions that you will undertake.

You may do your recitations in one sitting or spread out over a period of weeks or months. The Shiva-Shakti Koti Japa Yagya will continue for one year, so you can take your time in reaching your chosen goal.

Many people find that it is easiest (and most fulfilling!) to recite a small number every day. Reciting just one mala (108) of each of the two mantras (a total of two malas) each day will take only 5-6 minutes a day. After a month, you will have recited 60 malas or 6,480 repetitions -- over a whole year this adds up to 720 malas or 77,760 repetitions!

1 mala (108 repetitions) of both Shiva and Shakti 5-6 minutes
5 malas (540 repetitions) of both Shiva and Shakti 30 minutes
10 malas (1080 repetitions) of both Shiva and Shakti 1 hour
